Homewood Suites/Hilton Garden Inn 

Grand Prairie (Dallas), TX


The City of Grand Prairie in conjunction with a private investor/operator group will co-develop a dual branded 130 room Homewood Suites Hotel  and 125 room Hilton Garden Inn with 10,000 sqft of flexible meeting space. In addition to the Hotel, it is contemplated that an additional 35,000 to 45,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space adjacent to the hotel will be owned by the City of GP and leased to stand alone restaurant/bar operators. This 12.7 acre site represents one of the last development sites within the 170 acre EpicCentral development in Central Grand Prairie, a southern suburb of Dallas.

The location of this hotel is in an area of northeast Austin known as the Technology Ridge Corridor.   The two acre hotel site is part of a 19 acre planned lifestyle center with 140 units of residential, approximately 70,000 sqft of retail, an 8 screen movie theater with several planned restaurants and bars and one hotel.

Legends Edge Hotel
Madison, WI (Verona)


The location is part of a massive 65 acre luxury lifestyle center planned across the street from EPIC Software Systems HQ, the country’s largest medical software firm with over 7M sqft  corporate campus.  In 2016 EPIC was responsible for over 400,000 room nights in the greater Madison community and represents the largest room night generator in the state of Wisconsin.  The proposed hotel is the first of several planned for Legend’s Edge and will be marketed as an independent hotel with a portion of the guest rooms designed for extended stay guests while the balance of the rooms will be designed and targeted for transient hotel guests.

Riva D’Lago Resort
Lake of the Ozarks, MO


The location of this proposed destination resort is along Mile Marker #19 on a 20 acre elevated peninsula site on the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri.  This project has taken nearly six years to secure entitlements as well as securing beneficial state and local economic incentives to develop this resort.  The barriers to entry for new construction are considerable as the planned project will include 320 rooms, 40,000 sqft of flexible meeting space, 170 marina slips and other traditional amenities of a destination resort.  The last project of similar scale in this region was developed over 35 years ago.
