Plans include a combined 450 room hotel with 7,700 sqft of flexible meeting space in a 28 story building. A prominent national steakhouse operator will assume 11,000 sqft of 1st and 2nd floor space while a smaller 4,000 sqft retail operator will lease the balance of the space.
