MDG is developing a dual branded Embassy Suites/Tempo Hotel at 5th and Lavaca Streets in Downtown Austin. Plans include a combined 480 room hotel with 7,700 sqft of flexible meeting space in a 28 story building. A prominent national restaurant operator will assume 10,000 sqft of 1st and 2nd floor space.
