MDG is acting as an advisor to The City of Grand Prairie in developing a dual branded 147 room Homewood Suites Hotel and 129 room Hilton Garden Inn including 18,000 sqft of flexible meeting space. In addition to the Hotel, there will be 45,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space adjacent to the hotel that will be owned by the City of GP and leased to stand alone restaurant/bar operators. This 12.7 acre site represents one of the last development sites within the 170 acre EpicCentral development in Central Grand Prairie, located in a southwest suburb of Dallas.

The location of this hotel is in an area of northeast Austin known as the Technology Ridge Corridor. The two acre hotel site is part of a 19 acre planned lifestyle center with 140 units of residential, approximately 70,000 sqft of retail, an 8 screen movie theater with several planned restaurants and bars and one hotel.
