MDG is developing a $230MM dual branded Embassy Suites/Tempo Hotel at 5th and Lavaca Streets in Downtown Austin. Plans include a combined 480 room hotel with 7,700 sqft of flexible meeting space in a 28 story building. A prominent national steakhouse operator, Ocean Prime Steakhouse, will assume 10,000 sqft of 1st and 2nd floor space.

MDG is in the process of developing a 170MM AC by Marriott hotel at 5th and Congress streets in Downtown Austin, TX. Plans include a 340 room hotel with 2,800 SF of flexible meeting space and 36 stories. A prominent national operator will operate a 5,500 SF restaurant on the 1st and 2nd floors.

MDG is developing a $102MM dual branded AC/Moxy Hotel in Dallas' popular Uptown District. Plans include a combined 262 room hotel soon to start construction.
